This policy applies to the HaaHii OmniChannel demo hosted at this domain. It is a developer test bot for hotel-catalog messaging across LINE, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

What we collect

• Channel identifiers needed to reply (LINE user ID, Telegram chat ID, Messenger PSID, Instagram-scoped ID, WhatsApp phone number).
• Message text and interactive selections you send to the demo.
• Delivery and read receipts that Meta, LINE, or Telegram send to our webhook.
• Admin configuration stored on this server (channel tokens), accessible only with the local admin password.

How we use it

We use this data only to run the demo: verify webhooks, send catalog replies, and let the operator test outbound messages. We do not sell data, run ads, or share messages with unrelated third parties. Channel platforms (Meta, LINE, Telegram) process messages under their own terms.

Retention

Demo conversations are kept in server memory or local config files for the life of this test deployment. They are not a long-term customer database. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may ask us to delete identifiers and stored demo messages. Use the data deletion page, or remove the demo app / block the Page from Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
